Certified Yoga Instructor RYTT200, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Shred inspired. He loves teaching hot Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga Yoga. He has been a yogi for over 8 years and has a different teaching method using today’s music and good humor. He believes everyone can benefit from yoga and can learn to love it if they give it a try.

Certified as an Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of 200 hours of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) and a certified Restorative Yoga Instructor with Sudha Lundeen, Kripalu Yoga Institute. Presently, she also teaches monthly Beginner’s Yoga Workshops to include one for Seniors – age 55+. She teaches primarily gentle Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on stress reduction/management and breathing, and learning to let go.
Certified ACE Personal trainer less than 1 year experience teaching Body Basics. Hannah is a 30-something mother of twins who is recently-certified as a personal trainer and new to teaching fitness classes. After struggling for years to stat motivated and enjoy fitness, she finally found the fun in it, along with a desire to share that passion and enjoyment with others who are struggling to meet their wellness goals.
Certified in Group Strength & Ballet Barre. She has been instructing for 3 years and currently works as a fitness coach and a fitness instructor as well as runs her own small marketing business helping fellow small business owners. Her passion is fitness and has been since high school. She loves helping others reach their goals and fall in love with fitness! She feels it’s such a blessing to be able to move, and the body is capable of amazing things!
Certified as a PiYo Live Instructor since April 2017 and Turbo Kick Live Instructor since March 2018. She is a wife, mom, and grandma. She fell in love with PiYo Live in 2016 and since then she has been hooked on group fitness. Now that she is an empty nester, she is finding her own passions to follow. She loves the family of group fitness that encourages, accepts and motivates each other. Her classes are an experience for the mind and body.
Certified 200 hr RYT Yoga Instructor. She has been doing yoga for 2 1/2 years. She is a 63-years-young IT professional who found yoga 3-plus years ago as a way to balance out everyday stress with her busy schedule. She is looking forward to sharing her practice with the Quad City community. Her daily mantra is yoga is for everybody, and it is never too late to start our yoga experience.
Certified Zumba Instructor for a few months. Dancing and instructing for 4 years. She is a 40-year-old and has 4 wonderful daughters. (They are the most important thing in her life.) She used to play soccer and then moved to Zumba. She definitely loves to be active and share the happiness of the music. Her husband and her older daughter are her biggest supporters.
Certified Zumba Instructor for 1 year. Shaya has 3 children and teaches the 4th grade. She loves going to concerts, following the Cubs, and being with her family. She has taken all kinds of exercise classes over the years, from crossfire to kickboxing, but Zumba is her jam! Shaya finds that the music and dancing feels more like fun than exercising.
Certified as a 200 hr RYT Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance since January 2019. He will be teaching a Vinyasa flow class with a strong foundation of entry to basic level yoga. He is 24 years old, originally from New Jersey and has found himself here in the Quad Cities to study Chiropractic.
Certified as a 200 hr RYT Yoga Instructor for 2.5 years. Lindsey is an energetic dog mom and shares her home with her loving husband of 10 years and their 4-legged children. As a full-time magnetic sales engineer solving complex technical problems, she finds time on her mat to be a welcoming place to de-stress and self heal. After 10 years of self practice, she felt the strong desire to share with others. Her mission is to guide you on your unique journey of self exploration and self love.
Certified Yoga Instructor, instructing for 3 years. She teaches hot vinyasa flow, Buti yoga, and The MIX by Piloxing. She finished her first 200 RYT locally in the summer of 2016. In August of 2016, she discovered Buti Yoga and was certified in April of 2017. In 2018, she decided to do a second 200 hr training through Buti yoga. She has fallen in love with flow and movement. Her music can range from anywhere between alternative rock to singer songwriters. Her goal is to find music that her students can connect to, move, flow, and most of all, have fun!
Hannah Barney has been a certified Zumba Instructor since June 2013 and has been attending Zumba classes since 2009. Dance fitness is her favorite, but she loves to keep active with lots of different activities: running, boxing, golf, lifting, yoga, paddleboarding, ziplining - you name it! For her full-time job, she manages marketing for all the divisions of Northwest Mechanical. Part-time, she is a certified pilot/beerless leader for the new Pedal Pub Quad Cities! Outside of her work, Hannah is very passionate about supporting local businesses and causes.

She is also a level 2 Reiki practitioner and is mindful of energy in her yoga flows. I’m her day job she is a veterinarian and loves to find ways to combine her love for animals with her yoga practice.
Hailey is a chiropractic student & yoga teacher from Las Vegas. She's obsessed with learning about the human body and mind and is motivated to empower others to achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle, tailored to that person's needs. She's passionate about the innate healing power of the human body and is inspired to share this message with others. When she's not nerding out in the books, she likes to destress with yoga, hiking, and fun day trips with friends.
Michelle is certified in Barre. Michelle took her first warm barre class in 2018 and loved the energy of the class and immediately became hooked. Barre is what got (and kept)Michelle motivated to start working out again after her second child. Michelle has her Master’s in Social Work but resigned from her full-time job to become a stay home for her two small daughters. Fitness has become a fun outlet for Michelle and she loves sharing that passion with others.
